Contracting questions ….. many questions ….. Please read:)?

1. Where is a good place to get an estimate, the qoute ways a painting contractor. 2. What is the average price charged by painters per sq. 3. Does anyone know a formula to calculate the number of hours work shall be per square foot? Need to do this because I know two people who I used to when I start, and I still is not calculated every time there was a post labor wages of employees who participate in it. 4. Any advice on how to charge for wallpaper removal, patching the walls and other services that go along with painting and preparation

1. You must search on microsoft.com and Excel spreadsheet templates. They have forms you can customize to meet your needs. 2. If you do not know that could not be ready to start this business in March. + 4. When you work caluclating take into account their value, compared against the current rates market. For employees who have a lot to think about. To begin, you must have a flat rate per hour charged to you and your employees more covers everything, because if have not broken this before, it will be difficult. You have insurance general liabilty, workers comp, employee taxes, taxes on the employer burden of payroll, union dues?, prevailing wage?. There's a lot to think about. IF you dont know what the painting is gaining local contractors in your area, such you may not be even starting a business.

The Toyota Supra is one of the greatest cars to ever come out of Japan and is internationally recognized as a sports car icon. Produced from 1979 until 2001 in Japan (only produced until 1998 in North America), each generation has remained a choice platform for tuners around the world. Every generation came with a high horse power inline six engine either naturally aspired, turbocharged or twin turbo charged. The Toyota Supra’s engines include the 5M-GE, 7M-GE, 7M-GTE, 1JZ-GTE, 2JZ-GE and the notorious 2JZ-GTE. Even today there isn’t a more popular generation, sure everyone wants a MK4 Toyota Supra but the MK2 and MK3 Supras have HUGE followings!

MKII Toyota Supra

Produced from 1982 until 1986 the second generation Toyota Supra (still known as the Celica Supra) came with a inline six 5M-GE with 175 horsepower. It had a boxy shape, flip up headlights and wide fender flares.

MKIII Toyota Supra

The Mark III Supra was introduced in mid 1986. In the first year it was only available with a 200HP 7M-GE engine. In 1987 the Toyota Supra made a Turbocharged model with a 230HP 7M-GTE, the new model came with turbo badges, R-154 transmission, rear spoiler and other accessories. In 1989 the Supra was semi-updated with a new front bumper, 3 piece tail lights, new trim, 3 piece rear spoiler and other minor accessories. In Japan, 1989 was also the year the Twin Turbo R edition was released, it sported a twin turbo high revving 1JZ-GTE power plant with 280HP. The 1JZ was downgraded to 2.5L which didnt give it as much torque to power as the 7M did, but its the “smooth power” what won its owners over. Today, the 1JZ is a common swap for MK2 and MK3 Supras alike and are becoming more and more difficult to find a decent imported 1JZ. The MKIII Supra was made from 1986.5 to 1992.

MKIV Toyota Supra

Without a doubt the Mark IV Toyota Supra is one of, if not the car what defines the term “Japanese Sports Car”. It has the looks, control and the POWER. In 1993 the latest model Supra was released and has since been the poster car for the higher class import scene. Its been in countless movies, Its won many drag race series, show series, dyno challenges and has stolen the life out of countless muscle car owners on the highway. There is no denying how potent the 2JZ powerplant is with its 320HP stock – remember this was in 1993 when most cars came with not even half of that! The twin turbo’s are usualy the first list on the upgrade list for most tuners, there have been plenty of powerful twin turbo supras out there, but the easiest way to make power on the 2JZ is with a huge single turbocharger. Its a fairly simple task to pull out 700+HP on the 2JZ-GTE and there are quite a few Supras over 1000-1500+HP. The MKIV Supra continues to go up in value and many think its not fair, but simply put, its a SUPERCAR and for 30K+ its a steal. The Supra, sadly saw its last day in North America in 1998.

The Future Toyota Supra

Many enthusiasts have been waiting for a MKV Supra to come out for years. How awesome that would be we have to consider the negatives in that…. The MKIV is a true legend, and will be collected forever, and if the MKV did not live up to those standards – especially with the release of the new Nissan GTR the legacy would almost be for nothing. I am all for Toyota to make a new, high powered rear wheel drive sports car, but would it be so bad if it was under the Lexus brand?

Thanks for reading my summary of the Toyota Supra. If you are a fan of Japanese Sports Cars, please check out my website at http://www.JDMCars.info.

There can be many reasons a person buy’s a used car. The first and most important reason is that you don’t enough money for a new car and you don’t want to borrow any money because you don’t think you could afford the monthly payments. Another option is buying a used car, this can be very helpful for your finances, and however there are still some important guidelines that you must consider before looking at purchasing a used car. In this article we will look at some of these guidelines and precautions.

When looking for a used car, the first step is to find one for sale. You can find cars for sale by looking in the newspaper; however you want to buy a useful car. It would be best if you buy a car from somebody that you really know, friends, family members, and colleagues are the first people that you should consider buying a car from. Tell them that you plan to buy a car in the near future and mention what your budget is. Since people keep hearing news of used cars being sold out, somebody in your list of acquaintances will be able to direct you to a used-car owner who is willing to sell a car which is in good condition and hopefully at a reasonable price. If you’re unable to find a used car with somebody that you know then you can check out the local newspaper adverts.

The first step will be helpful in not only finding a great car but will also help you learn how different cars differ in price depending upon the model, mileage, and overall condition. You can decide about the features that you’re looking for in a car and then decide upon a price range. The next step is to learn about the person that is selling the car; you can do this by asking questions. These questions should be geared to discover why the car is being sold, how long they have had the car and how often they have had it serviced.

Now you should carefully inspect the car. Some sellers may not be that honest about any problems they have experienced with the car. Look carefully at the bodywork to discover any holes, dents or rust. Some rusted parts may have to be replaced in order for the car to be safe and work properly. If you do decide to buy this car then you have to be ready to be on the lookout for these parts and then ask the seller to subtract the cost from the selling price of the car. Don’t forget to look under the hood! Check that all electrical and mechanical parts are in good condition, after that take a look at the tires, glass and paint.

If the car looks in perfect or near perfect condition then ask the seller if you can take it out for a test drive. This way you will be able to note down any trouble areas if you come across any. Make sure that you check the clutch in manual cars and the accelerator in automatic cars. Also listen carefully for any unusual or strange noises. Check all of the buttons, air conditioner and radio to see if they are working fine. Test the car by driving in different situations, for example apply the brakes suddenly, change gears frequently, speed up a little, throughout all of this just watch how the car performs and reacts. When you’re inside the car check the seat-covers, rear-view mirrors and the glove compartment, although these are minor things it’s worthwhile checking their condition.

If the car has passed all of your tests so far, then it’s time to carefully study all of the paperwork that comes with the car. Its licence number, insurance details, and registration papers should be read in detail, make sure all of these are for the right car. If some of the documents are missing, then ask the seller to produce them before making a deal. Finally, you should decide how much you think the car is worth and make an offer.

As a final note all cars wear out as they get older; however certain makes and models react differently when they become old. It might be worth looking for advice for this specific used car so you can find out any common problems when the car gets older.
