Over the past few years, there have been talks and speculations about Ferrari developing a new hybrid, which goes against their typical super car petroleum guzzling models. Well this past March, during the Annual Geneva Motor Show in Switzerland, rumors and speculations turned into facts and awes as Ferrari revealed to the world their new Petrol-electric 599 Hybrid. Ferrari shocked the automotive industry by going against their normal convention. To add to their green initiative, they’ve decided to go the extra mile by deterring from their normal body colors… by going all Green!

Okay so the rumors have been out for a long time now… ever since the Ferrari 599 GTB made it’s debut in 2006, it’s been said a Hybrid based on around the 599 GTB are on the project table for Ferrari. Ferrari has been nice enough to leak out some juicy tidbits over the years–more info can be found at my article here–but it’s only been a rumor…. until last Thursday. (more…)

Reports suggest that Ferrari will be unveiling it’s “green” incentives this coming March, at the Geneva International Motor Show. Speculations have reported that the Italian Car Manufacturer will reveal a hybrid 599 GTB there. (more…)
